The "Britain's Got Talent" judge was on holiday with her daughter. She says: "There were these three inflated stepping blocks in the middle of the sea and everyone was running over them. And I thought: ‘Oh, if kids can do it, so can I’. I managed it. But when I was on the last one, my leg slipped and it went the other way. I felt as it broke. I fell into the sea and had to swim back to the beach with one leg."

At the hospital, it was discovered that her fibula was fractured in two places. During surgery, a metal plate and screws were inserted into her leg to stabilize the bone. She continues: "I didn't get a cast, just a splint on my leg. It's all wrapped up and it has a heartbeat in it."
