The perfect move français  deutsch
She walks smoothly with her crutches. She places the healthy foot very gently on the ground and rolls it. From the heel to the toes, the entire sole of the foot is put under even weight. She walks slowly and consciously, saving energy. She does not walk in a hurry.

The crutches are perfectly adjusted to her height. Her upper body remains calmly at the same height while walking. It is not raised, as it is with crutches that are set too high, and sinks down when the healthy foot is placed on the ground.

With body tension she keeps the back straight, pushes the chest out. She holds the crutches at a slight angle outwards and so stands more stable. She looks forward and not down. The knee of her plastered leg is slightly bent when walking. The heel points backwards and the toes point towards the floor. The cast thus remains in the body's centre of gravity. It does not swing excessively forward when walking, which could disrupt the harmonious movement.

In the finale, her body control becomes more evident. You can see how experienced she is in using cast and crutches. How stable she is in her balance with them. She lifts the plastered leg, shows the sole, moves her toes, then bends the knee, turns it inwards and shows the cast from the side - the perfect move.
