| Since 2007, Amelia Brodka is a professional Skateboarder. She was born in 1989 and lives now in California, USA. At the age of twelve, she went to the X-Games and discovered skateboarding for herself. About two years later she broke her ankle learning how to drop on a vert ramp, she told in an interview. She needed surgery and her parents told her not to skate again. But she could not stop. Over time, further injuries occured: Several broken wrists, a sprained ACL and a lot of brain concussions. She emphasizes: "I can't live without skateboarding." |
