Tara Strong, voice of many cartoon characters in the USA, broke her ankle in the End of October 2008 so badly that she needed surgery. Doctors put metal screws in to hold her bones in place. The screws remain about 18 months in the ankle. First, after surgery the 35-year-old Canadian had a splint on her leg then she got a pink cast which was put up for auction later to benefit a charitable foundation. A blue and a green cast followed.
