Last Tuesday I send an e-mail to tell that I had broken my leg playing tennis. In hospital they gave me a plaster cast splint and last Wednesday I had to go back to the hospital. Now I know what a full leg cast means. I have to wear one for 4 weeks (pffff). Then I will get a shorter cast.

It would be nice to get mails from people who are (or were) in a cast too.

Hi

My name is Den and I am 22 years old.
Three days ago (on Saturday), I broke my leg (my tibia I believe) while I was playing tennis. Now I am in a plaster cast splint that extends from my toes all the way up my leg (even my knee is encased in plaster). I may not walk on this splint and have to use crutches. Tomorrow I have to go back to the hospital. Does anyone of you have an idea of what to expect? I heard something about a full leg cast (I believe thatís what you call it in English).

It would be nice to get mails from people who are (or were) in a cast too.
