Hello everyone!

I broke my right arm last Monday after falling from my wheelchair while playing tennis with a friend. I've never broken a bone in my thirty-four years and my OS told me that I "got my money's worth". My arm was "pinned" for almost twenty-four hours before I could have surgery. That was not fun at all. Now I have two rods, a plate, and eleven screws holding my arm together. Yikes! I've been paralyzed since birth (spina bifida) and hadn't ever considered myself disabled... UNTIL NOW.
